No Refunds or Returns

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any fragrance samples or products.

Why No Refunds?

Fragrance samples are personal hygiene products that cannot be resold once opened or used. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any fragrance products.

Quality Guarantee

While we cannot offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at allurium.fragrance@gmail.com We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Replacement of damaged items
  • Correction of order errors

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please:

  2. Include photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
  3. Provide your order number

We will review your case and determine an appropriate resolution.
