SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date: October 13, 2025
Shipping Rates
- Orders $50 and above: FREE standard shipping
- Orders under $50: $4.50 flat rate shipping
Shipping Location
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including PO boxes.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier performance and your location.
Shipping Carrier
We primarily use USPS for all shipments. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if your package shows as delivered but you have not received it.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at allurium.fragrance@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Postal service issues
- Incorrect shipping information provided by customer
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
